We have been looking for a good soft serve place since we left Northern Virginia. After 12 years, we found Jimmer's. Some great options, and they are all "super-sized" as compared to all ithers.

One of my rules in life is that if I’m traveling and I see a roadside ice cream stand that’s clearly popular with locals, I stop, and I’m never disappointed. This place was no exception. Delicious soft serve and everything came out super quick. Lovely treat on a Sunday evening. Extremely generous portion sizes.

Super delicious! The new staff is very nice and helpful and efficient. I heard about this place from a friend and was not disappointed. (Important note - it’s cash only so make sure you have that on hand.) The seating area in the back makes it all more perfect. There’s a market right behind so you could get your shake or cup or whatever you decided on, (they have multiple options, I suggest the Cherry Vanilla shake) and browse the homegrown market. The portions are very filling so you’re really getting your money worth. They’re not open everyday so definitely check their hours. Make sure to get there before everyone else does because this place is popular for a reason. Will be back soon!

Generous portions and they even have a pup cup! Couldn’t snap a pic before it started melting in the >100 degree heat, but the soft serve was delicious. Also, they have quite a bit of shaded seating and a “sandbox” play area for the kids, making this a great spot for a family outing.

There always seems to be a wait here . The custard is AMAZING! My favorite is a twist and the small size is more than enough for one person. The service is fast and the workers are nice. Jimers is the spot to get your ice cream/custard and is awesome for the summer! The photo attached is a small twist.
